We appreciate proactive professionals who constantly think of ways to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing patient support; * Telephone customer service and provision of various information; * Accurately entering customer registration data into the Agenda Exames and Tasy systems; * Scheduling examinations and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and observations, based on available dates; * Preparing examination cost estimates; * Verifying eligibility and requesting authorizations according to patient needs and health insurance plans; * Receiving and identifying biological samples for analysis; * Performing other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of other duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Knowledge of health insurance plans is required; **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (**Monday to Friday**)\- 1-hour break / 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (**Saturday**) **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub \- Gympass Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
