We value curious professionals who constantly think about how to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide patient support; * Handle telephone inquiries and deliver various information; * Accurately register customer information in the Exam Scheduling System (Tasy); * Schedule examinations and consultations according to descriptions, instructions, preparation requirements, and observations based on available dates; * Prepare examination cost estimates; * Verify eligibility and request authorization in accordance with service type and health insurance plan; * Receive and identify biological specimens for analysis; * Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of other duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Familiarity with health insurance plans is required; **Additional Information** **Schedule:** 06:00–15:00 (**Monday to Friday**)\- 1-hour break / 06:00–10:00 (**Saturday**) **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 \+ 324,20 (Hazard Pay) Medical Assistance Plan Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance On-site Parking WellHub \- Gympass Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefits.
