We are seeking a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work at MINERAÇÃO TABOCA - AM, responsible for implementing and monitoring OHS policies, identifying hazards, and promoting a prevention-oriented culture.

We seek a **SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TECHNICIAN** to perform activities at the MINERAÇÃO TABOCA \- AM mine.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies;
* Identify workplace hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures;
* Conduct periodic inspections of machinery, equipment, facilities, and work fronts;
* Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans to prevent recurrence;
* Promote accident and occupational disease prevention campaigns and programs;
* Ensure compliance with Brazilian Labor Ministry's Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Support internal and external audits related to occupational safety;
* Prepare and maintain up-to-date mandatory safety documentation and records;
* Deliver or coordinate safety training for employees;
* Conduct safety onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel;
* Advise workers on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE);
* Manage PPE distribution, usage, maintenance, and replacement;
* Verify validity and compliance of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and safety signage;
* Ensure safety equipment and devices are fully operational;
* Prepare technical occupational safety reports;
* Record inspections, incidents, and corrective actions;
* Assist in developing and monitoring programs such as PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program);
* Raise employee awareness regarding occupational safety and health;
* Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the company’s prevention culture;
* Support CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), when applicable, in carrying out its activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety within the mining sector;
* Experience in safety inspections and risk analysis;
* Experience in accident investigation and preparation of technical reports;
* Experience with safety audits and compliance with legal requirements;
* Field experience providing guidance and supervision to operational teams;
* Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Experience in developing and monitoring PGR, APR (Risk Analysis), PT (Work Permit), and safety procedures;
* Knowledge of PPE management and safety equipment inspection;
* Familiarity with legal documentation and OHS management systems;
* Strong communication skills and ability to guide teams;
* Proactivity in identifying risks and implementing preventive solutions;
* Organizational and document control skills;
* Analytical ability and decision-making capacity in risk situations;
* Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across different company departments;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B;
* Completed technical course in Occupational Health and Safety;
* Professional registration with the competent authority, where applicable;
* Additional training (e.g., specific NRs) will be considered advantageous.
