Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work at MINERAÇÃO TABOCA - AM, responsible for implementing and monitoring OHS policies, identifying hazards, and promoting a prevention-oriented culture. Promotion of accident prevention campaigns and programs We seek a **SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TECHNICIAN** to perform activities at the MINERAÇÃO TABOCA \- AM mine. If you take pride in serving, demonstrate ownership mindset, have the courage to make things happen, and are interested in joining an environment where safety is the top priority, simplicity and humility guide our actions, and integrity, excellence, and ethics are non-negotiable, then Armac is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies; * Identify workplace hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Conduct periodic inspections of machinery, equipment, facilities, and work fronts; * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans to prevent recurrence; * Promote accident and occupational disease prevention campaigns and programs; * Ensure compliance with Brazilian Labor Ministry's Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Support internal and external audits related to occupational safety; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date mandatory safety documentation and records; * Deliver or coordinate safety training for employees; * Conduct safety onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel; * Advise workers on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE); * Manage PPE distribution, usage, maintenance, and replacement; * Verify validity and compliance of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and safety signage; * Ensure safety equipment and devices are fully operational; * Prepare technical occupational safety reports; * Record inspections, incidents, and corrective actions; * Assist in developing and monitoring programs such as PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program); * Raise employee awareness regarding occupational safety and health; * Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the company’s prevention culture; * Support CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), when applicable, in carrying out its activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety within the mining sector; * Experience in safety inspections and risk analysis; * Experience in accident investigation and preparation of technical reports; * Experience with safety audits and compliance with legal requirements; * Field experience providing guidance and supervision to operational teams; * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Experience in developing and monitoring PGR, APR (Risk Analysis), PT (Work Permit), and safety procedures; * Knowledge of PPE management and safety equipment inspection; * Familiarity with legal documentation and OHS management systems; * Strong communication skills and ability to guide teams; * Proactivity in identifying risks and implementing preventive solutions; * Organizational and document control skills; * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity in risk situations; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across different company departments; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B; * Completed technical course in Occupational Health and Safety; * Professional registration with the competent authority, where applicable; * Additional training (e.g., specific NRs) will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** * Hapvida Health Plan: no monthly payroll deduction for the employee \- co-payment model; * Bradesco Dental Plan: optional; * Totalpass (optional): comprehensive plans covering dependents; * Life Insurance; * Hazard Pay Allowance \- 30%; * Meal Allowance of BRL 820.00; * Mobility Allowance of BRL 130.00; * Work Schedule: 12x8\.
