




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing materials in warehouses for electromechanical construction and industrial assembly projects, ensuring support to teams and compliance with regulations. Dynamic environment at construction sites WAREHOUSE CLERK – ELECTROMECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION / INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLY Responsibilities: Control the receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site. Verify invoices, material requisitions, labels, and material identification. Organize the warehouse according to internal standards and best storage practices. Support mechanical, electrical, piping, and structural steel teams in meeting daily requirements. Monitor material consumption and report replenishment needs. Conduct periodic inventories and maintain minimum stock levels. Ensure traceability of critical materials, such as welding electrodes, welding consumables, PPE, and assembly components. Issue and record tools (dispatch/return control), maintaining operational discipline. Support the administrative/project department with warehouse-related documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements: Experience as a Warehouse Clerk in electromechanical, industrial, or assembly construction projects. Knowledge of industrial materials: piping, fittings, valves, cables, conduits, supports, structural steel, hand tools, and power tools. Basic understanding of invoice reading and inventory control. Proficiency in spreadsheets or warehouse management systems. Strong organizational skills and discipline in recordkeeping. Willingness to work on construction sites.
