Actively participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews with candidates and administering tests and assessments. Assist in preparing assessments and reports on evaluated candidates. Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process, providing feedback and keeping\-them informed about the progress of each stage. Position based in Manaus / AM.
