Job Summary: Mechanical engineering professional to manage and control maintenance plans and work orders, support indicators, and perform technical closing of services. Key Highlights: 1. Consolidation of activity planning and scheduling Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * PCM Training \- Planning and Control of Maintenance; * Flexible working hours; * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region. * Comply with SESMT requirements in all strategies and activities; * Manage the maintenance plan in SAP, keeping it always updated and aligned with established standards; * Manage Maintenance Work Orders; * Request material withdrawal for external services; * Monitor the recording of working hours by maintenance teams in SAP; * Manage departmental backlogs; * Support feeding unit-level maintenance and PCM indicators; * Support field verification of planning deviations, adherence to scheduled time, full completion of activities described in plans, sufficiency of human resources, and availability of materials required for activity execution; * Support technical closing of Service Orders; * Consolidate planning and scheduling of Preventive and Scheduled Corrective Maintenance activities; * Manage and maintain a weekly activity schedule; * Value maintenance plans by allocating Spare Parts to respective activities; * Provide data for the unit's preventive maintenance report; * Prepare activity completion reports; * Monitor and develop maintenance action plans; * Prepare Monthly and Consolidated Closing Reports; * Prepare maintenance activity completion reports; * Register Spare Parts for machinery; * Draft scopes and preliminary documents for service execution and technical visits. 251211020249555742
