Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or received medical opinions to assess employee health status and determine work capacity / fitness for duty; Conduct occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions—such as internal and external referrals—as well as negotiation of work activities compatible with possible restrictions or limitations with leadership; Conduct pre- and post-travel health assessments; Conduct medical evaluation and/or participate in multidisciplinary boards to assess eligibility of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) for quota placement; Prepare and register in the electronic system the transfer medical report for Occupational Medical Examinations due to Change in Occupational Risks, specifying required complementary exams if necessary; Assess work capacity and approve medical certificates for individuals deemed fully unfit for work, recording clinical data and impressions, as well as applicable medical leave in the Electronic Health System, performing necessary follow-up actions; Perform expert medical examinations to verify and approve medical certificates in person; Monitor employees on social security benefits, including home, hospital, and/or INSS visits when required; Assess employee health conditions to identify possibilities for reintegration into work activities compatible with their health status or potential health impairments, and define intervention strategies; Issue medical reports justifying continued absence and prognosis in cases of unfitness for work; Issue opinions and/or reports on conclusions regarding work capacity and/or temporary partial incapacity that imply changes in work regime or performed activities, detailing restrictions for specific job tasks, their causes, and timelines for medical reassessment; Investigate and establish causal links in partnership with PETROBRAS professionals; Complete the Accident Report Form (CAT) in the Electronic Health System and issue appropriate notifications to involved parties (both internal and external to the Company) regarding the Management of Anomalies and Work Accidents, including classification and characterization of incidents according to PETROBRAS norms and guidelines; Analyze causes of absenteeism due to illness or accident within operational departments; Participate in health care services and inspections in operational areas; Assess working conditions of injured workers jointly with the injured worker and the accident investigation committee, when requested, following internal procedures; Perform hospital or home medical visits to employees, if required; issue post-visit reports and record data in the electronic medical record. Participate in medical boards to finalize clinical evaluations; Work within a multidisciplinary team, provide individual interdisciplinary health follow-up, and act as a technical mentor in case discussions; Analyze working conditions, social relationships, and provide guidance and referral to Health Programs and Social Services; Interface with attending physicians to ensure appropriate support in occupational medicine-related assessments, when necessary; Develop structured actions integrated with various programs implemented by the Company; Prepare management reports and dashboards for planning and support indicator analysis, using PETROBRAS management systems and tools; Formulate technical opinions on topics within the specialist’s field, advising PETROBRAS management units when required; Critically analyze medical record entries, preparing summaries and/or reports—including contesting causal links—among other requests from the PETROBRAS team; Advise, plan, manage, and consolidate and critically analyze data; Propose, plan, and implement collective activities, promoting dialogue spaces and employing appropriate strategies to raise awareness, foster engagement, and empower workers; Transcribe occupational examination records conducted by external professionals into PETROBRAS’ Electronic System; Assume technical responsibility for the service before the respective professional council, when required; Record information and care provided in proprietary forms and/or electronic systems; Provide occasional urgent and emergency care, supporting readiness teams, which requires completing PETROBRAS-specific training programs; Carry out professional duties described in Law No. 12,842/13 and its amendments, Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) Resolution No. 2297/21, as well as other regulations issued by the CFM, State Regional Medical Councils (CRM), Ministry of Labor and Employment Regulatory Norms (NRs), and applicable current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Valid registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) of the respective locality where practicing. Specialist title in Occupational Medicine awarded by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB), or certification from a Medical Residency Program in Occupational Medicine, or a MEC-recognized specialization course in Occupational Medicine.
