




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, unloading, storing, and controlling materials, including forklift operation and document verification. Key Highlights: 1. Verifying and entering invoices Description: * Completed high school education; * Valid NR11 certification; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00); * Must reside in the Manaus \- AM region. * Receive, unload, store, and control materials used by various departments (raw materials and finished products), ensuring their integrity, specifications, and usability; * Load trucks and/or containers using forklifts, separating materials, numbering loads for shipment, and securing them when necessary; verify and observe weight limits to ensure correct dispatch while complying with safety regulations; * Inspect transportation conditions and record findings in the department’s control spreadsheet; * Internally move various materials using forklifts and/or pallet jacks, complete relevant checklists, and position equipment (electric forklifts) for loading or battery replacement as needed; * Verify and enter invoices into the system when required; * Accurately complete departmental spreadsheets to maintain necessary controls and information for audits; * Unload authorized returned products and direct them to designated areas, requesting quality control verification of the materials; * Perform sweep control/weighing and pallet counting; * Participate in finished product identification processes when required; * Store materials in designated areas, physically labeling them and recording movements in the company’s control system; * Sort and deliver materials to departments according to system-reserved allocations; 251107020230538594
