Hello, educators! Alicerce Educação is a social impact startup with the mission of reducing educational inequality in Brazil. The Alicerce educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports students who, for various reasons, were unable to complete their studies, by fostering development in reading, writing, mathematics, and workforce-oriented skills. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Teaching experience; \- Availability to deliver courses aligned with pedagogical pathways, covering Portuguese language, mathematics (Elementary Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary topics as outlined in the BNCC, adapting to the project's target audience; \- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Personal computer or laptop with internet access. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. About the Position: LOCATION: Av. Cosme Ferreira, 10955 \- Distrito Industrial II, Manaus \- AM Class Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM Contract Type: Independent Contractor \- Legal Entity (PJ) * Compensation: BRL 35.43 per hour worked \+ 1.5 hours weekly for pedagogical rituals * Delivery of Portuguese and Mathematics classes (covering basic content from Elementary Education I and II) and project-related topics.
