Then join us in making a difference! \#VEMSERINDT Requirements: **Education:** Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. **Recommended Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Creo Parametric and/or SolidWorks for 3D modeling; * Preparation and interpretation of 2D technical drawings, applying dimensional and geometric tolerances (GD\&T); * Knowledge of industrial processes (machining, plastic injection, forming, etc.); * Failure analysis and reliability (FMEA); * Familiarity with national and international technical standards (ABNT, ISO); * Experience with industrial automation and Industry 4\.0 projects; * Behavioral Skills * Organization and self-management capability. * Strong technical communication and clarity in presenting ideas. * Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings. * Proactivity and continuous pursuit of solutions and improvements. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. **Experience** * Minimum 3–6 years of experience in mechanical development. * Experience with projects involving devices, mechanisms, or industrial equipment. * Prior experience in R\&D institutes, industry, or technological or engineering centers. **Job Responsibilities** * Participate in the mechanical development of devices, mechanisms, modules, and machines. * Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and associated technical documentation. * Conduct functional, dimensional, and constructability feasibility analyses. * Support mechanical testing, measurements, adjustments, and prototype validations. * Monitor manufacturing processes with suppliers and internal workshops, and perform tests, validations, and assemblies. * Participate in technical project reviews and support identification of risks, improvements, and alternative construction approaches. * Contribute to mechanical integration with electronics, software, firmware, automation, and computer vision. * Prepare reports and technical documentation for R\&D deliverables. * Collaborate on standardizing methodologies, best practices, and knowledge management within the mechanical engineering area. * Work from concept through to delivery of mechanical systems (devices, equipment, mechanisms, and machines). * Conduct technical reviews with clients and document functional and design requirements. * Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals for new projects.
