They operate autonomously, though under occasional supervision, demonstrating technical skills and leadership. * Supervise and guide the work team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to established quality and safety standards. * Monitor construction progress, verifying compliance with deadlines and correct implementation of plans. * Perform material measurements and inspections, ensuring proper utilization of available resources. * Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers to ensure adequate material supply and execution of services as planned. * Prepare construction progress reports, documenting progress, potential issues, and corrective actions taken. * Ensure safety on the construction site by instructing the team on proper use of PPE and safe work practices. * Interact with engineers and architects to clarify doubts and report any need for project adjustments. * Stay updated on current technical standards and legislation, ensuring legal compliance for all projects under their responsibility.
