Focused on development and consulting, it consistently strives for excellence in its services. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement in the main lobby, parking garages, and other areas, identifying individuals to prevent unauthorized access or directing them to requested locations. Receive and deliver correspondence and parcels—typically small-sized—intended for occupants of the premises, ensuring accurate delivery to recipients to avoid loss or other undesirable situations. Maintain continuous front-desk operations and conduct ongoing surveillance of the facility. Turn garage lights on and off according to scheduled times and/or needs. Support internal garage security. Treat all owners and visitors with courtesy. Leave the front desk only with the knowledge and authorization of the immediate supervisor. Perform other duties related to the position. Understand environmental aspects and impacts of activities and act daily to minimize such impacts. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Doorman, Access Controller, or Security Agent may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
