Description

Job Summary: IT professional required to provide Body Shop services in microcomputing, network support, CCTV, and mobile devices, with both on-site and remote support provided on-demand. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and remote technical support for microcomputing 2. Technical support for software and hardware 3. Knowledge of computer networks, CCTV, and mobile devices Body Shop service delivery in on-site format. On-demand remote and on-site support at the client's locations in Manaus. Status reporting to the client regarding service activities; Technical knowledge in microcomputing (software and hardware); Windows operating system; Installation, removal, updating, repair, and formatting of software on microcomputers; Microsoft Office suite; Configuration and installation of printers on wired and Wi-Fi networks; Basic knowledge of computer network support (switches, routers, access points, internet connections); Basic knowledge of CCTV; Basic knowledge of mobile device support; Support for PBX extensions (telephone handset replacement); Basic knowledge of wired network support and maintenance; Bachelor's degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing); On-site schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract; Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.100,00 per month; Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
