Responsibilities and Duties Control the **entry and exit** of people, vehicles, and materials Identify and guide visitors, patients, staff, and service providers Perform **access registration and authorization**, in accordance with internal policies Monitor security cameras and ensure the **safety of the premises" Receive, verify, and forward mail and packages Provide basic information and direct people to the appropriate departments Report incidents, irregularities, or suspicious situations to supervision Maintain order and upkeep of the reception area Comply with internal policies, safety standards, ethics, and confidentiality requirements Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory: Completed High School education.
