**Job Mission** Attend to guests discreetly, courteously, and efficiently by delivering food and beverage services directly to their apartments, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive food and beverage orders via telephone or internal system; * Prepare trays and service carts according to orders; * Deliver orders to apartments discreetly and professionally; * Verify orders prior to delivery to ensure quality and presentation; * Collect trays and utensils after guest consumption; * Assist in organizing and cleaning the pantry and support areas; * Monitor consumption, report shortages, and assist with inventory control; * Adhere to hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and internal procedures; * Maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality regarding guest information. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Customer service experience (advantageous); * Strong communication skills and professional conduct; * Agility, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; * Commitment to hygiene standards and discretion.
