Job Summary: As a Promoter (F/M), you will be responsible for maintaining an organized point-of-sale (PDV), restocking products strategically, implementing merchandising materials, and presenting fragrances to attract customers. Key Highlights: 1. Keep the territory clean, organized, and aligned with excellence standards. 2. Restock products strategically to maximize fragrance visibility. 3. Cultivate relationships with store managers and ensure strong brand presence. REGION \- AM \| MANAUS \| As a Promoter (F/M), your main responsibilities will be: Your PDV Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean, organized territory meeting excellence standards: spotless shelves, properly applied materials, and everything in its correct place. * Restock products strategically, adhering to the planogram and maximizing fragrance visibility. * Apply merchandising materials precisely and effectively (wobblers, displays, posters, price tags, etc.). * Present fragrances confidently and elegantly — make customers fall in love at first contact. * Document execution with clear photos and submit reports as agreed — SPARTAN-level discipline. * Monitor the field: conduct price research and competitor analysis, track special promotions. * Cultivate relationships with store managers and earn shelf space through respect and consistent brand presence. * Support activations, product launches, and events as if holding the flag high in the middle of battle.
