Job Summary: Experienced pizzaiolo to prepare dough, assemble and bake pizzas with proactivity, agility, and attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for experienced pizzaiolos 2. Requires proactivity, agility, and creativity **Responsibilities:** Prepare pizza and dish dough; knead dough and stretch dough discs; assemble pizzas and dishes; bake pizza discs, as well as other related duties. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a pizzaiolo, proactivity, agility, creativity, and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, on a 6x1 schedule from 5:00 PM to 12:55 AM. **Benefits:** Service charge, transportation allowance, on-site meals, health and dental plans (via enrollment), partnerships with educational institutions, SESC, and other benefit programs.
