Job Summary: The professional will prepare a variety of doughs, fillings, toppings, and other bakery and confectionery products, as well as decorate, finish, and operate equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare doughs, fillings, and bakery and confectionery products. 2. Decorate and finish cakes, pies, candies, and desserts. 3. Operate confectionery/bakery equipment and machines. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Prepare doughs (for bread, cakes, pies, cookies, puff pastries.)** * **Prepare fillings, toppings, syrups, jams, creams, meringues, preserves, candies, pies, cookies, savory items, and other bakery and confectionery products.** * **Decorate and finish cakes, pies, candies, and desserts—i.e., apply finishing techniques, topping application, decoration, chocolate and sugar modeling, icing.** * **Operate confectionery/bakery equipment, utensils, ovens, and machines** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.530,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation voucher
