Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your challenges will include:** * Organizing and monitoring the teaching and learning process within your assigned educational segment, ensuring reflection, engagement, and implementation of pedagogical and educational objectives; * Weekly supervision of collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and professional development; * Supporting teacher development to enhance instructional quality and pedagogical activities; * Conducting individual meetings and providing feedback to teachers; * Providing pedagogical and educational support to students in Early Childhood Education and Elementary School (Years 1–5); * Analyzing student academic performance and implementing appropriate interventions involving students, teachers, and families; * Supporting students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to improve their development and performance. **Working hours:** Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a two-hour break; once per week, you will lead a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, with specialization in Education-related fields; Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in teaching and learning processes, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **And here’s what makes our benefits truly great:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **All stages of the selection process take place on our platform.
