Are you passionate about bars, cocktails, and customer service? As a Bar Assistant, you will work side by side with the bar team to ensure everything runs smoothly and delights our customers. * Support the bar/bartender in preparing the bar before, during, and after service. * Restock and replenish beverages, supplies, ice, utensils, and bar materials. * Organize and sanitize the bar counter, glasses, utensils, and equipment. * Assist in preparing simple cocktails, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Collect and organize dishes and glasses from the service area. * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards. * Provide friendly customer service when needed, supporting the dining room team. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability for in-person work under CLT employment terms. * **SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS WORKED / 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK AND 1 SUNDAY OFF PER MONTH.** * **Working hours: 12:00 PM to 10:20 PM (with a 3-hour break).** * Organization, agility, and willingness to perform physical tasks (standing for long periods, carrying boxes, ice, etc.). * Good communication skills, friendliness, and eagerness to learn about mixology.
