Responsibilities: * Lead, develop, and engage the operational team, promoting alignment with goals and guidelines; * Plan, structure, and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery time, service level, and customer satisfaction, proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Manage inventory control at distribution centers, ensuring product accuracy and availability; * Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to increase productivity and operational quality.
