




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with generalist experience in recruitment, employee support, and occupational health and safety processes. Recruitment and selection #### **About the position:** If you are a detail-oriented and proactive professional, you will be a perfect fit for this role! We seek a generalist HR professional whose main responsibilities include employee support, execution of recruitment and selection (R&S) processes, electronic timekeeping system maintenance, overtime bank control, and monitoring of occupational medicine and safety processes (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc). #### **Main responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection processes; * Registering newly hired employees in the RM system; * Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees; * Managing probation period forms; * Handling and closing electronic and manual time records; * Submitting payroll, vacation, and benefits information to the centralized department; * Calculating and verifying sales commissions; * Monitoring departmental KPIs; * Employee support; * Managing and scheduling periodic medical examinations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with the RM Labore (Totvs) system is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. #### **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance; Mobility allowance; Psychological support; Life insurance; Total Pass (opt-in); EBD Store; Via Marconi healthcare plan; EBD University (online courses).
