This position plays a key role within the department, being responsible for carrying out internal administrative processes and providing support to managers, analysts, and management. Come join our family! **Responsibilities and duties** Main responsibilities include: * Reviewing contract terminations and all related payments, from benefits to deductions and GRRF; * Managing attendance records; * Alerting about contract probation period expirations at 45 and 90 days; * Monthly review of employee files; * Analyzing and closing benefit procedures; * Receiving admission documents following the admission checklist; * Managing offboarding procedures, assembling the dismissal kit, and sending payment slips and instructions to the finance team; * Controlling, requesting, and verifying vacation requests; * Monitoring medical exams through control spreadsheets and coordination with occupational health providers; * Tracking documentation required to maintain family allowance benefits; * Managing and distributing uniform equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Pursuing a higher education degree in administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Office software; * Previous experience in similar activities. **Additional information** * Full availability of schedule, Coco Bambu currently has 95 units across Brazil.
