This role is fundamental to the department, as it is responsible for executing internal administrative processes and providing support to managers, analysts, and executive leadership. Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: * Reviewing employment termination procedures and all related calculations—including earnings, deductions, and GRRF; * Managing attendance records; * Issuing alerts regarding contract probationary period expirations at 45 and 90 days; * Monthly verification of employee personnel files; * Analyzing and finalizing employee benefits; * Receiving admission documents following the official admission checklist; * Managing offboarding procedures, assembling the dismissal kit, and forwarding payment slips and instructions to Finance; * Managing, requesting, and verifying vacation schedules; * Monitoring medical examinations via tracking spreadsheets and occupational health providers; * Tracking documentation required to maintain Family Salary benefits; * Managing and distributing uniform equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in relevant activities. **Additional Information** Coco Bambu currently operates 98 locations across Brazil.
