





#### **About the BUSINESS PARTNER Job** **We are looking for a professional with a strategic, communicative profile and strong interpersonal skills**, to act as a business partner, supporting leaders and internal areas in the implementation and monitoring of Human Resources practices and projects. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Act as a link between managers and the Human Resources department, promoting leadership development, supporting decision-making and conflict management; * Provide internal consulting, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, training and development; * Manage HR indicators, developing action plans to achieve goals; * Implement and monitor departmental projects and actions, ensuring execution of defined processes; * Conduct trainings according to the annual development plan; * Support managers in achieving organizational goals; * Contribute to vacation planning, ensuring compliance with legislation; * Support and monitor promotion and merit processes within the available budget; * Collaborate in budget management, proposing solutions to maintain financial balance. ### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology; * Solid knowledge of HR practices (recruitment and selection, training and development) and labor legislation; * Excellent verbal and written communication; * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teams; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Reside in a city close to the work location. ### **Desired Qualifications** * Previous experience in the industrial sector; * Experience with behavioral profile analysis; * Generalist experience in Human Resources (R\&S, Payroll and others).
