The professional will collaborate with the team to ensure activities are carried out swiftly and aligned with Jacauna Móveis’ quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational fluidity. * Responsibilities: * Assist in goods receiving activities, verifying order compliance and product integrity. * Organize inventory, ensuring proper product placement to facilitate access and efficient movement. * Prepare products for shipment, checking required documentation and confirming items are ready for delivery. * Collaborate in maintaining workplace order and cleanliness, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. * Interact with the sales team and carriers, providing information on product availability and supporting delivery logistics. * Assist in identifying logistics issues and suggest improvements to existing processes. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of logistics and warehousing routines. * Ability to use basic computer tools such as spreadsheets and inventory management systems. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively across departments. * Organizational ability and attention to detail, contributing to logistics operational efficiency. * Educational Qualifications: Completed high school education. * Professional Experience: Prior experience is not required; however, experience in logistics or customer service is considered an advantage.
