Organize, supervise, and coordinate nursing team activities to ensure high-quality patient care, promoting a safe, ethical, and efficient environment. * Planning and organization of the team: Assign tasks, schedule shifts, vacations, and days off for the nursing team, ensuring adequate coverage. * Supervision and leadership: Monitor nursing professionals' performance, motivate the team, mediate conflicts, and promote professional development. * Quality assurance: Implement protocols, routines, and standards of care to comply with technical, safety, and healthcare regulatory requirements. * Training and capacity building: Plan and coordinate training sessions, refresher courses, and technical updates for the team. * Control and management: Monitor performance indicators, material consumption, clinical records, and nursing documentation, as well as prepare managerial reports. * Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Patient care and reception: Address patient- and family-related requests, ensuring humanized care. * Patient safety: Ensure compliance with biosafety standards and infection prevention and adverse event protocols. * Participation in meetings and committees: Represent nursing in administrative meetings, hospital infection control committees, occupational safety committees, among others. * Resource management: Assist in purchasing and controlling supplies, equipment, and materials required by the department. 2511160202461186824
