Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to develop industrial skills through component assembly, supervised operational activities, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in theoretical and practical training **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the assembly process of parts and components; * Contribute to operational activities on the production line through supervised hands-on experience; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Participate in theoretical and practical training as outlined in the apprenticeship program; **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 24 years; * Currently enrolled in and attending school (if high school has not yet been completed); * Interest in learning and developing skills in the industrial field; * Availability to work a 4-hour daily shift as stipulated in the apprenticeship contract. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Commitment to learning.
