In this role, you will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring service aligns with the highest standards of excellence. Additionally, you will lead a talented front-of-house team, delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests and ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room and kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supervising the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service quality; * Coordinating dining room setup, ensuring correct table arrangements and availability of all necessary materials; * Managing reservations and shift scheduling to ensure efficient space utilization; * Monitoring operational costs, ensuring proper inventory and supply control; * Proficiently using restaurant management or reservation systems.
