Job Details
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare management reports and statements to support the company's operational and strategic decision-making.
Evaluate regulatory aspects related to new projects, investments, and changes.
Monitor and report changes in legislation and/or resolutions covering navigation, ports, and terminals, as well as maintain ongoing contact with relevant authorities.
Carry out legal compliance monitoring through controls of mandatory documents, expiration dates, signature verifications, and document archiving, enabling the company to operate without operational impacts and ensuring timely recording of regulatory obligations in the designated system.
Conduct inspections and audits on vessels according to a pre\-defined schedule, observing Navigation Standards and Procedures, and issue technical reports on compliance.
Disseminate updates of Standards and Procedures and provide information onboard to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
Provide technical input in maritime accident investigations.
Actively participate and contribute to the implementation of Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), Continuous Improvement, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.

**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or Naval Technology;
Basic knowledge of Tax and Fiscal Legislation; familiarity with technical regulation of navigation, ports, and terminals;
Willingness to work in Itacoatiara–AM;
