Participation in promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for monitoring and supporting the company's online sales operations, ensuring the best customer experience and optimal performance of digital channels (website and marketplaces). Activities include managing and updating the product catalog, tracking orders and deliveries, providing customer service and support, as well as monitoring sales and performance metrics. Collaborates with Customer Service (SAC), Credit, Logistics, and IT departments to ensure process efficiency, and contributes to promotional campaigns, commercial calendars, and digital marketing strategies.
