We value proactive professionals who constantly strive to deliver the best possible outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and direct external and internal customers; * Receive and deliver correspondence; * Guide customers and/or their family members regarding hospital policies and routines; * Register patients for appointments by verifying referral forms/authorizations, personal identification documents, and health insurance cards \* for system enrollment; * Receive, make, and route internal and external phone calls according to established procedures; * Welcome, request, and issue identification badges for all visitors and companions; * Request treatment authorization from health insurance providers; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed High School; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience in reception roles within Endoscopy and Inpatient departments; Familiarity with health insurance plans. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** *06:00 AM to 03:00 PM* (Monday to Friday) and Saturday *06:00 AM \- 10:00 AM*. **Salary:** R$ *1\.643,00 \+ 324,20* (Hazard Pay) Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Benefit Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass \- Wellhub On-site Parking Birthday Day Off 6-Month Maternity Leave 30-Day Paternity Leave And other benefit plans.
