Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for:** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing end-user support via phone, remote access, or in-person assistance; logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to appropriate resolution teams when necessary; * Handling service requests related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and optimal performance of client platforms; and, when required, guiding and training end users; * Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email accounts, setting up user profiles, installing VPNs, and configuring Active Directory and IP settings; Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Required expertise:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and Network Load Balancing (NLB); * Internet Information Services (IIS); * Terminal Server; * Computer networking; * Fundamentals of information security. **Preferred qualifications:** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: Enterprise Administrator (EA) or MCSE certification. * **Work schedule:** 15-days-on / 15-days-off shift, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM; * **Work model:** On-site at Cachoeirinha neighborhood, Manaus – AM. **NOTE:** Hey!
