**Job Summary:** **The Yard Controller is the professional responsible for organizing, controlling, and monitoring vehicle movement within the dealership's yard, ensuring smooth traffic flow for vehicle entry, parking, and exit, as well as safeguarding vehicle preservation, security, and accurate identification.** Key Responsibilities: Control vehicle entry and exit from the yard; Organize vehicles by sector, model, status, or priority; Conduct physical vehicle inspections; Identify damages, hazards, or defects on vehicles; Monitor loading and unloading operations of car carriers; Support sales and workshop teams in locating vehicles; Update spreadsheets or systems with vehicle information; Ensure yard organization, cleanliness, and security; Move vehicles when necessary; Manage vehicle keys and documentation; Check fuel levels, battery status, and basic vehicle conditions. Requirements: Completed high school education; Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (active and unrestricted); Prior experience in yard logistics, vehicle transportation, or similar roles is a plus; Basic knowledge of organization and control.
