**Compounding Pharmacy Assistant** **Main Responsibilities**: * Coordinate and **delegate weighing and measurement activities of raw materials**, ensuring they are carried out according to prescriptions and technical standards. * **Supervise and guide the team in preparing and compounding formulas**, ensuring compliance with quality standards and instructions from the responsible pharmacist. * Organize the routine of **cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the compounding environment**, assigning tasks and monitoring their execution. * Monitor and control the **inventory of supplies and materials**, ensuring availability and proper replenishment for production. * Ensure correct **identification, labeling, and packaging** of compounded products, verifying processes before release. * Ensure all **records and documentation** are completed fully and accurately, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Ensure strict adherence to **health surveillance regulations, safety, and good compounding practices**, guiding the team on mandatory protocols. * Support the responsible pharmacist in **organizing workflow**, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing processes. **Requirements**: * High school diploma; * Preferred: Technical degree in Pharmacy or related fields; * Basic knowledge of measurements, hygiene, and handling of pharmaceutical ingredients; * Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy will be considered a plus; * Understanding of team leadership and task distribution. **Behavioral Competencies**: * Organization and process-oriented mindset; * Proactivity and ability to make operational decisions; * Leadership and ability to **delegate tasks clearly and follow up**; * Assertive communication and teamwork; * Efficiency combined with precision and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment to technical and safety standards; * Focus on quality and continuous improvement.
