**Description** Professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of company facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on physical structures, equipment, and basic systems (electrical, hydraulic, and civil). **Responsibilities and duties** Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on physical structures such as doors, windows, furniture, floors, roofs, and parking areas. Replace lamps, outlets, fuses, and small electrical components. Carry out simple repairs on hydraulic systems (faucets, toilets, drains, pipes, water tanks, and others). Assist in minor renovations, painting of environments, and assembly/disassembly of furniture. Support internal moves and space organization. Ensure safety and preservation of environments by identifying risks and proposing solutions. Control the use and organization of maintenance tools and materials. Request replenishment of supplies and equipment when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and masonry. Ability to handle manual and electric tools.
