Supermarket seeks a Bakery Assistant in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and other ingredients used in baking. Help with shaping, assembling, and organizing products before baking or frying. Monitor cleanliness and organization of the production area, utensils, and equipment. Store ingredients and finished products properly, ensuring hygiene and preservation. Support the baker in daily tasks such as ingredient weighing and production quantity control. Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and internal supermarket procedures. Assist in product restocking and equipment maintenance when necessary. Previous experience as a Baker's Helper, Pastry Assistant, Bakery Assistant, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
