Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Vehicle Delivery Specialist to deliver a memorable customer experience during vehicle handover, explaining vehicle operation and technologies. This role is essential for delivering a positive and memorable customer experience at the time of vehicle delivery. **Responsibilities:** Perform technical delivery of new vehicles to customers, clearly and courteously explaining the operation of key features and technologies; Ensure all mandatory documents are properly delivered and signed; Conduct vehicle inspection checklists prior to delivery; Assist with yard organization and delivery scheduling; Answer customer questions and ensure they leave satisfied and confident with their new vehicle; Maintain an excellence standard in customer service, safeguarding the brand's image. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Valid Category B driver's license (active and in good standing); Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer focus; Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive technology is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience at dealerships or in customer service; Basic knowledge of mechanics or embedded vehicle technology. **We Offer:** Competitive market-based salary; **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) **Driver's License Requirement:** B
