Our philosophy is to offer customers the best products in the market while ensuring agility both in sales and delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and execute **cost reduction** projects for products and processes, maintaining quality and performance standards. * Analyze **BOM (Bill of Materials)** and propose alternative components, materials, and suppliers for cost optimization. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for product and process modifications. * Manage engineering changes (**ECN**) and ensure updates in corporate systems (SAP, ERP). * Participate in defining and validating technical specifications, ensuring compliance with PPB (Basic Production Process – Suframa). * Monitor cost, productivity, and efficiency indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with R\&D, Quality, Procurement, and Production departments to implement improvements. * Support internal and external audits related to processes and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields). * Postgraduate degree in project management preferred. * Experience in cost reduction projects for industrial products and processes. * Familiarity with engineering tools: **BOM, SAP, ECN, PPB**. * Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and communication). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * BI * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * Project management and agile methodologies (desirable). **Additional Information** Meal allowance at company premises Transportation allowance Health insurance – Samel; Dental insurance – Unimed; Life insurance.
