Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the execution of production equipment maintenance activities, lead the technical team, guarantee equipment reliability, and strategically support production needs. Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes A technology company specializing in energy and water metering is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Manaus (Colônia Santo Antônio). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and ensure the execution of production equipment maintenance activities. Lead the technical team in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure high levels of equipment availability and reliability. Continuously analyze and improve performance indicators, including MTBF, DI, and PM Completion Rate. Strategically support production requirements and the introduction of new products. Execute and monitor maintenance interventions on SMT equipment, ensuring agility, quality, and safety. Monitor and guide maintenance of Panasonic NPM pick-and-place insertion machines and related equipment. Support process inspection and control using SPI, AOI, BTU ovens, and Tamura ovens. Work with electrical and electronic circuits, supporting diagnosis and repair of circuit boards and components. Execute and guide programming of Mitsubishi and Panasonic PLCs, as well as maintenance of SMT peripheral equipment. Support the design and development of simple devices and tools, performing measurements, duplications, and part adaptations. Monitor PCBA manufacturing processes and applicable inspection standards. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, or Services Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
