Organized, safe, and proactive work environment WAREHOUSE CLERK – ELECTROMECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION / INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLY Responsibilities: Control the receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site. Verify invoices, requisitions, labels, and material identification. Organize the warehouse according to internal standards and good storage practices. Support mechanical, electrical, piping, and structural steel teams in meeting daily requirements. Monitor material consumption and report replenishment needs. Conduct periodic inventories and control minimum stock levels. Ensure traceability of critical materials, such as electrodes, welding consumables, PPE, and assembly items. Issue and record tools (outbound/return control), maintaining operational discipline. Support the administrative/construction department with warehouse-related documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements: Experience as a Warehouse Clerk in electromechanical, industrial, or assembly projects. Knowledge of industrial materials: piping, fittings, valves, cables, conduits, supports, structural steel, hand tools, and power tools. Basic understanding of invoice reading and inventory control. Proficiency in spreadsheets or warehouse management systems. Strong organizational skills and disciplined recordkeeping. Willingness to work on construction sites.
