INCLUDING YOURS.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST*** **are:** * Develop predictive models using Machine Learning for audience segmentation and clustering of students, applied and targeted to the main online media channels; * Conduct advanced analyses (using statistical methods) on lead generation journeys, providing deeper insights into browsing behaviors on websites and types of media messages that attract candidate profiles most likely to convert; * Perform technical evaluations and comparisons between statistical attribution models "contribution to result x investment" for media and sales channels, supporting media teams in investment decisions that yield higher ROIs, revenues, and volumes of new student acquisition; * Provide valuable insights on the contributions of specific media campaigns (online and offline) related to "awareness" and/or consideration in lead generation results (increases in new students); * Conduct statistical analyses on marketing asset performance ("creatives") to identify which message attributes and media formats most contribute to new student acquisition; * Build predictive models for conversion and retention, Lead Scoring, and default risk. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals with:** * Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or similar; * Strong programming skills, especially in Python, R, and SQL; * Knowledge of major libraries and those specific to data science is essential; * Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit\-learn; * Basic/intermediate experience with Hadoop, Spark, and other Big Data technologies; * Advanced knowledge of data modeling and mining techniques, as well as machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis; * Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; * Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; * Marketing knowledge is a plus. **Additional information** Workplace: Hybrid \- Rio de Janeiro.
