





Position: 100% on-site **Mandatory Requirements for the Position:** * Degree in Medicine, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); * Registration with the Federal District Regional Medical Council (CRM/DF), verified via Professional ID Card, official statement, or registration protocol containing the registration number; * Minimum of six months’ experience as an Occupational Physician. **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed (with RQE in Occupational Medicine) or ongoing residency program in Occupational Medicine, verified by an updated official statement or Specialist Title in Legal Medicine and Medical Expertise issued by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB)/Brazilian Association of Legal Medicine and Medical Expertise, supported by residency diploma/certificate or Specialist Title; * Specialist Title in Legal Medicine and Medical Expertise; * Familiarity with electronic health record systems (RM TOTVS). **Key Responsibilities of the Position:** * Conduct occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and termination examinations) in compliance with current legislation and internal guidelines of BRB Serviços S.A. * Conduct detailed occupational anamnesis, including qualified listening regarding working conditions, clinical history, and workers’ perceptions of occupational impacts on their physical and mental health. * Issue labor and social security expert reports, grounded in technical and legal foundations, to support BRB Serviços S.A.’s Human Resources and Legal Departments—particularly in cases involving leave of absence, rehabilitation, functional reassignment, and judicial proceedings. * Assess employees’ fitness for work, considering occupational risks, job requirements, and individual clinical conditions. * Participate in investigations of workplace accidents and incidents, contributing medical opinions and preventive recommendations. * Develop and implement health promotion and occupational disease prevention initiatives, coordinated with other SESMT professionals. * Supervise occupational immunization programs, epidemiological control, and worker health surveillance. * Prepare technical reports, occupational health indicators, and medical opinions focused on risk management and continuous improvement of working conditions. * Maintain up-to-date and organized clinical records in the electronic system (RM TOTVS), adhering to ethical and legal principles of medical confidentiality. * Operate in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), social security legislation, the Medical Code of Ethics, and all other applicable legal provisions governing Occupational Medicine.
