Description: What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred; * Green Belt certification in Six Sigma preferred; * Familiarity with plastic injection processes preferred; * Experience in people and industrial process management; * Knowledge of Supply Chain practices; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing; * Advanced English proficiency; * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001; * Must be willing to relocate to Manaus. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Managing administrative and operational activities within your areas of responsibility to meet expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and service levels; * Leading Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics departments; * Planning and controlling raw material inventory levels, as well as defining and executing the production plan; * Leading quality, performance, and cost reduction improvement projects; * Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between your departments and other factory departments, as well as external stakeholders; * Promoting and enforcing safety and environmental regulations; * Defining and achieving objectives and priorities for your departments; * Managing factory operations to meet KPI targets, ensuring compliance with established operating procedures, action plans, and their regular reviews; * Collaborating with all factory departments to anticipate or resolve operational issues; * Ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations; * Managing Quality department activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, customer satisfaction, product and service quality, and analysis and development of corrective and preventive action plans for actual or potential nonconformities; * Supervising human resources assigned to your department, overseeing team training, development, and performance in accordance with Steck’s established standards and regulations, fostering a healthy and productive work environment; * Providing appropriate working conditions and tools to support task execution and encouraging team development; * Serving as the technical supervisor for your team, monitoring activities and providing guidance; * Ensuring execution of activities related to new/evolving product projects to meet timeline, cost, and performance expectations. 2511210202471882250
