Support continuous improvement in logistics processes **Job Description** Responsible for supervising logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch processes, while guaranteeing on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with company operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** Supervise the logistics team; Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch; Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct inventory counts; Monitor transportation, freight, and delivery deadlines; Track logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, service level, lead time); Support continuous improvement in logistics processes. **Requirements** Experience in industrial logistics; Experience leading teams; Knowledge of inventory control and dispatch; Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in the plastics or industrial sector; Knowledge of logistics KPIs.
