Team integration and quality standards Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6x1 (one fixed weekly day off \+ one Sunday per month) We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership skills, floor presence, and a results-driven approach. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational organization, goal achievement, service quality standards, and seamless coordination among dining room, kitchen, and bar teams, acting as shift supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Lead the service team; organize opening and closing routines; monitor sales targets and performance indicators; train and develop staff; manage work schedules; and ensure quality and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with substantial experience). Proven experience in operational restaurant leadership. Flexible availability. Working Hours: Morning: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM (mandatory presence during lunch peak hours). Afternoon break. Evening: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (dining room closing). Kitchen closes at 11:30 PM; supervision until full operational completion may be required. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of R$ 5\.000,00 \+ monthly bonus. Benefits: On-site meals, optional health insurance plan (by enrollment), birthday day off.
