Work on the store floor, attending to customers and consumers, demonstrating products, providing information, and processing sales. Attend to customers promptly and courteously to strengthen the customer’s relationship with the store. Perform cashier duties, issuing invoices (NF), receiving payments by card or cash, and providing change whenever necessary. Enter store product data to keep the system updated. Promote sales by offering additional products to achieve the store’s revenue goals and customer satisfaction. Report any adverse situations affecting the sales process and/or customer complaints to the manager or assistant manager. Conduct merchandising activities to ensure proper product display in the store, maintaining product appearance to generate superior results. Perform cleaning and organization of hygiene, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical products. Distribute store flyers to attract customers to the store. Transfer products between stores. Perform leaflet distribution. Receive goods and record incoming invoices (NFs).
