Preparation of technical opinions and reports An industrial installation and assembly company is hiring a Construction Foreman in Manaus (Industrial District I). 3T Engenharia is an engineering and construction solutions company specializing in high-quality services tailored to client needs across diverse projects. **What will you do in this role?:** Administer the construction schedule. Responsible for receiving, interpreting, and executing engineering professionals' instructions and plans, delegating and managing tasks to ensure project progress and completion. Develop planning and scheduling documents, guide the work team, and delegate tasks. Monitor material, equipment, and personnel usage to prevent waste. Support activities involving all parties engaged in the project. Manage construction waste and debris, including disposal or recycling. Inspect task execution. Control and assist in installing construction site structures, as well as site demarcation, building processes, and finishing works. Supervise compliance with safety standards and ensure team members' safety. Prepare technical opinions and reports. Assist the team across various activities, control material entry, exit, and usage, recommend hiring and termination of subordinates under your supervision. Review technical opinions, monitor performance and safety standards, and resolve any issues arising at the construction site. Adhere to Safety, Environment, and Quality procedures inherent to this position. Perform duties typical of a Construction Foreman. To be performed in Manaus / AM.
