




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator in Manaus to manage clients, prospect new business opportunities, negotiate services, and analyze the market to support strategic decision-making. Market and trend analysis. **COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** We are looking for a **COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** to join our **MANAUS BRANCH**. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** * Maintain existing customers by ensuring service quality and generating satisfaction; * Prospect new customers through market research and planning; * Conduct regular commercial visits to existing and potential customers—either in person or remotely—to generate and/or retain business; * Facilitate freight and other value-added services negotiations between customers and management, aiming to offer optimal conditions aligned with both company interests and customer satisfaction; * Keep management, the Inside Sales team, and other relevant departments updated on local and international market developments via commercial visit reports and other documentation; * Present and follow up on commercial proposals to maximize new business opportunities; * Study projections and statistical indicators, and prepare managerial reports to support management decision-making and achieve planned results; * Analyze sales strategies, monitor competitors, and identify and report market trends; * Monitor the performance of the Inside Sales team and other departments across quotation, order, and booking confirmation processes; equipment release and return; shipment tracking; credit requests; exemptions and/or negotiations; after-sales support; collections handling for outstanding accounts; and other related activities—to ensure optimal customer service while safeguarding company interests; * The employee must comply with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SSMAQ) regulations as well as internal company policies. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding; * Knowledge of international trade and container maritime transportation processes.
