




**What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in home centers and retail. * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **What a Commercial Coordinator does daily:** * Engages the department, customer service, sales, and customer relationships. * Engages the sales team in linear management. * Defines and implements strategic and operational actions for their department, in collaboration with the Commercial Manager. * Conducts training for in-store sales teams. * Manages and monitors sales performance. * Monitors and ensures each salesperson’s customer service quality. * Ensures achievement of sales targets. * Guarantees compliance with current commercial policies and commercial operations. * Analyzes, qualifies, and encourages follow-up on budgets prepared within their department.
